New Products Show at China International Furniture Expo (Shanghai)
CAMERICH debuted dozens of new products at the 23rd China International Furniture Expo (Shanghai). CAMERICH pavilion, designed by Horizontal Design’s Founder and Chief Design Director Ju Bin, was named Wanxiang Fanghe, meaning including all in the square pavilion.

“1KM-HIGH” Urban-Rural Habitat Unveils in Milan
CAMERICH collaborated with the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University and ZAO/standardarchitecture to introduce the conceptual design “1KM-HIGH” Urban-Rural Habitat at Salone del Mobile.Milano in 2015.

2013/2014
Micro Hutong & Micro Yuan’er Debut at Beijing Design Week
CAMERICH, along with ZAO/standardarchitecture, introduced the “Micro Hutong” and “Micro Yuan’er” projects at Beijing Design Week. The purpose of these experimental projects is to shed light on the possibility of providing more ultra-small residences within the limited space of the traditional hutongs. “Micro Yuan’er” went on to win the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in Oct. 2016.

Concept Design “Village Mountains” Shines at Milan Design Week
The concept work “Village Mountains” emerged from the creative chemistry of CAMERICH and ZAO/standardarchitecture. It debuted at the INTERNI Legacy Exhibition, one of the most important shows at Milan Design Week 2012. The installation challenged basic concepts about modern lifestyles and breached traditional definitions of rural and urban by reimagining landscapes through an awakening of increasingly scarce land resources and energy. “Village Mountains” was a sensation, making front page stories in the Italian design media.

CAMERICH Advanced Concept Show
CAMERICH and ZAO/standardarchitecture teamed up to launch the global Advanced Concept Show at Shanghai New International Expo Center, carrying on its brand concept of continuous innovation for constant exploration of the relationship between futuristic furniture design and human living.
